Rupees) only.
HEARING CHARGES:-
• Rs.10000/-(Ten Thousand Rupees) per hearing
in Supreme Court of India
• Rs5000/- (Five Thousand Rupees) per hearing
in Delhi High Court, Company Law
Board, National Commission, State Commission
and MRTP.
• Rs.2000/-(Five Thousand Rupees) for district
Courts, Tribunals & For a in
Delhi & NCR.
DOCUMENT PREPARATION FEES:-
1. Simple Documents/ Miscellaneous Applications Rs
1100/-
2. Notices Rs 2100/-
3. Agreements Rs 5500/-
4. Detailed Agreements Rs 11000/-
5. Petitions/ Complaints/ Suits/ Written Statements/Rejoinder/
Detailed Applications Rs 5500/-
RETAINERSHIP FEES:-
• Rs 20000/-(Twenty Five Thousand Rupees) per
month for all above work.

COSTS:-
• All costs are separate based on actuals which
include among other costs, Stamp
Fees, Court fees, Notary fees, Conveyance,
stationery, typing costs etc.
*** The above fee is likely to undergo a change at
the beginning of every month/ Quarter at the sole
discretion of the Firm
*** The above fees shall be payable within a period
of 10 days of receipt of bill/ bills sent by the firm
to the client by email/post/courier/registered A.D
or otherwise.

payable at New Delhi.
